We offer free shipping when ordering in excess of £400 + VAT to most UK locations via the National Pallet Network.  Whilst we endeavour to extend this offer to the whole of Mainland England, there are areas that attract higher delivery charges (for example: Central London & Scotland) which will need to be added to customer invoices.  

We reserve the right to revisit orders in the event the confirmed order/location identifies as a surcharge destination.

Orders received by 5pm, will be picked and shipped the following day.  Hauliers will make delivery by Tail lift in all cases, unless you specifically request Fork Lift drop. Delivery is curb-side only.
