    We are retailers too, with a firm belief that pooling our volumes improves the benefits for everyone. We work on very tight margins and like to share our regular lines along with our one-off special deals.
  • How do I know when my delivery will arrive?
    The dispatch day determines your delivery day (8 hours) – delivery will be between 8am and 5pm on a tail lift vehicle
  • Explanation of Delivery Charges
    The fiirst pallet is charged at £40 + VAT when spending up to £400 + VAT. Once you spend £400 + VAT we will deliver your order free of charge (Areas wihin the M25 and outer Scotland may incur an additional charge).
  • What if I want to change the delivery day?
    This can be changed up until your order is dispatched. Once dispatched it is in the 48 hour delivery cycle.
  • What if I cant accept the delivery when it arrives?
    Re-delivery fee of £20/pallet
  • What are my payment options?
    Our payment options are by credit or debit card, 14 day direct debit from time of order subject to approval or by bank transfer to the account below. Order will dispatch when funds are received.
